Simple, Yet so...Magical?

Even though your character design is so simple, it fits with the animation so well. You can express the way the characters act and feel so well. The backgrounds also have much detail, which i can tell you put your time into.

The story for this was absolutely hilarious. As with most of your other flashes, the ending makes me piss my pants. The punchline is great and i didn't even see it coming. It was random and twisted, but in a good way :)

The driving scenes where he was helping people(ex. The guy on fire), was a genius thought. I laughed so hard as he was in a 4-wheeled death machine on his way to get beer and ice when he is actually helping people in his reckless ways.

The sound quality is great and there is nothing to complain about in that department. The sound effects used fit the situations perfectly and it really sounded good.

I really hope to see more joke filled flashes like this from you. Definitely one of my favorite flashes on Newgrounds and i can't wait to see what you will come up with next.

I haven't had the pleasure of seeing Avatar yet...

But i still understood this flash completely. Friends of mine told me about the whole ponytail thing where they plug it into random things and interact with it.

The animation on this flash was superb. And i must say that the backgrounds in the flash were also quite magnificent. The details put into it, were subtle yet it looked really great with the character animation over it.

As always, your voice acting is so amazing (quality and actual voices). The way you present the voices with the characters expressions is priceless. The sync was also spot on, so good job with that.

The music also fit really well with the flash. When the awkward parts came, the music would stop and then start again when it got back to the normal talking parts.

Hope to see a few more movie parodies and maybe some original cartoons in the future. Great job.

This is my favorite flash on newgrounds.

You have just won my heart lol.

As weird as it sounds, this flash creeped the hell out of me. But, it was genius. The plot was, well there really was no plot, but you could understand what was going on. I dislike how the ending was, because i wish there was some closure to it, because it sort of seems like you just rushed to end the flash.

The character design of the pigs was awesome. The different shapes and sizes of them really played out well. I love how they had to wait on a line to go receive money for what i'm guessing was giving pork?

The pig having the thought of shoving the money in his back was really clever. I had no idea what he was going to do once he cut open his back until he picked up the coin.

Towards the end, that random blob thing moving sort of confusing, so maybe you could shed some light on that for me?

Other than that, the music was superb. The credits song was also really well put together and fit the flash perfectly. I think the idea of the pig society with the human(i guess?) running things is pretty hilarious.

Now that i think of it, this flash reminds me very much of Courage the Cowardly Dog.

I really, really, really, hope to see more in the future. Best of luck on your projects.

Great flick

The animation was very smooth and Josh did an amazing job on the voices. I love the humor in the flash making the elves act in charge.

It also makes Santa seem as this stupid-like character, then flip personalities and be a total bad ass. The quick stupid jokes like the "board game" one and the "board meeting" were awesome. It gave me a nice little chuckle.

The one thing that sort of annoyed me was how the voices didn't really match the mouth. Sometimes they did, for the main part they looked way off. I'm sure with practice this can be improved greatly.

Other than that, everything looked amazing. Josh has a wide range of voices and i am surprised they are all the same person.

The random ending(which i am not going to ruin for those who haven't seen it yet) was funny as hell. I think the abrupt ending like that was well worth it and didn't ruin the essence of the flash itself.

I'd love to see more from you guys teaming up again.

Thanks man! Yeah, I still dont know whats wrong with the lipsync, it works fine in the flash file but in the swf it messes up somewhere near the half point which I've noticed haha dont know how to fix it but aww well. Trust me i spent a week on the lip sync to get it right haha. Glad you enjoyed it though. Some time again this year we'll be teaming up again

Speachless

This flash...this flash is amazing.

Even though it wasn't colored(except for the red in the guts / blood) it was so outrageous, in a good way of course. The story was simple, yet it played itself well and it was a perfect length. The movie wasn't too short, but wasn't too long either.

The idea of how obsessed people are with social networking sites is crazy and this hit the nail on the head. I wouldn't be surprised at all if this happened in real life. The voice acting was also out of this world. Not only was the sound quality great but the quality of the voices were great too.

The background was great at the park and what not too. The updating facebook page at the end really did it though. It was exactly like facebook updating and everything.

Really good ending, for a really good flash.

Quite Enjoyable haha

I loved how it started out really friendly and quite typically Christmas-ish then goes into an awesome dancing santa falling frenzy.

The music fit really well and you really worked the animation around it perfectly. The graphics were also very eye pleasing. While at times i was confused where your lighting source was, i was distracted by the background / background objects. They were really good, the fireplace looked especially nice.

Santa's walk on the roof looked good too, although his landing onto the roof was quite abrupt. The easter egg part was pretty funny also, it brought a good laugh out.

The slipped onto the skateboard and the starting the fall down the stairs was awesomely transitioned with the music. While he was falling down the stairs i couldn't stop laughing. I just thought it was great and it reminded me of one of those paintings where the stairs go upside down and what not, it was just hilarious.

I can't wait to see more works with this comedic level in the future.

Pretty Snazzy

While it wasn't 8-bit, it was pixelated, i still enjoyed it. I could tell the person was Tom Fulp and also recognized a lot of newgrounds characters.

The song was really good too, i can tell you formed the animation around it rather than just throwing in a random song. That really shows you knew what you wanted to accomplish with this animation.

I thought the pervert part was pretty funny too. Gotta love Stamper's rendition of the Punisher.

The part with Darnell was awesome, i thought you really nailed the character. I also liked the sort-of-visualizer you added next to him, it shows creativity.

While the backgrounds were very simple, they fit into the flash well. The problem with this flash for me, were the backgrounds(tolerable still) and the length. If only it were a bit longer, then it would have been more full and well rounded. I'm sure if it didn't end so abrupt it would be the same way.

Keep it up.

yes

It was Alright

I wouldn't say this was the worst flash i have seen, but i wouldn't say it was the best. I could definitely tell it was madness based, and the marshmallow idea was kinda neat. The quality severely lacked though.

Not only am i talking about the actual quality, i am talking about the flashes quality as a whole. There wasn't a plot, which is a big minus, and some of the graphics seemed to differ than the rest of the flash.

The part where the truck rolls in, it seemed as if the truck was drawn in Microsoft Paint while everything else was done in flash. Another example is the ending, where the it shows the zoomed in scope. For some reason the background is white when it should clearly be a grayish color.

Speaking about graphics, the explosions were also lacking in that department. The explosions inside the building were bearable, the one from the bomb was clearly rushed. It was only a circle that expanded to fill the frame.

Next time maybe add some subtitles or something before the movie to give the setting, or even a little info page explaining why this is going on.

everything was draw in ms paint some of the things are not mine like the blood and muzzle flash

It was decent...but not all there

While the graphics i could bare with, though they were not superb they were not terrible at all, i couldn't stand the lips at all. They were so out of sync, it seems you didn't even try to get them to match the voice at all. At one part, it was an 'N' sound and you put an 'O' mouth, it confused me.

Other than that, i understand this was done in 12 hours, but if you are going to submit it i am going to review what i think of it, no matter how long or little amount of time you took. But, i could tell not much time was put into the piece because of the rushed lips.

The plot was very random, i really didn't understand it all. I got that some guy was poking himself with a pen then Hulk comes up and challenges him to a card game(Yu-Gi-Oh?).

The voices were good quality, but the voice acting was pretty poor. At times it was good, but the Hulk voice was lacking. It seemed too forced. You could have probably opened up an editing program and recorded the lines then made the pitch deeper for a better voice for the character.

Next time, i think you should show some more effort in your flashes because i can see you have talent.

Good luck in the future.

Pretty good...

While the length was long, which is good, i do say that this was too long. There were parts that could have been taken out that didn't affect the story. Other than that, i noticed on some parts the faces would be distorted, not a big deal but you should try to keep it more consistent.

I loved the story. It was original and brought a good point across. You really felt for Lucy, but you also felt for the fake "Papa". The emotions in this flash were happy or sad and it flipped flopped at times. You created awesome characters, while i do not really like the anime styling, i appreciated this flash.

The details were good, and the speaker box idea was genius. I really hope you make more animations in the same aspect as this one. Just try to cut the time down because it seemed dragged out while you could have probably kept it shorter. I understand you wanted to give the viewer the feel of it, but i believe it could have been done in a shorter time frame.

Hope to see more from you in the future.
