I love it.
It is a masterpiece. The animation was smooth, i noticed you used the line tool to draw the characters and everything else, and it turned out great. The ending was unexpected and really put a smile on my face(freaky i know).
The shading wasn't detailed, but it was subtle enough so you could tell. While the story was of a good length, i really wish there was more to it. I wish maybe there could have a been a few more scenes. Maybe you could have added Dad driving to Santa in his car, meanwhile he is running over kids or something i don't really know.
Another thing i noticed was the perspective of some object were off, but i read on your user page how you were practicing 3D. When you are doing 3D you should try to keep a center point so you can keep the objects all in the same perspective. I mean, i couldn't care more because i think it still look amazing, but just a tip for you.
Great choice of audio too. The sound effects used along with the Christmas jingle in the background were great. The quality of the effects like the chainsaw and everything else were just ace.
That's really all i have to say, keep up the good work and i hope to see more from you.
